announced it will serve as a worldwide distributor
for SellerXpert, part of the CommerceXpertTM
family of Internet Commerce solutions developed by
Actra, a joint venture of GE Information Services and
Netscape Communications. SellerXpert is a highly
scaleable software product that allows a corporation

customers, partners and suppliers via the Internet.
