GE UNIT AGREES TO SERVE AS SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR FOR
ACTRA
- ROCKVILLE, Md. (Dow Jones)--General Electric
Information Services agreed to serve as the strategic
systems integrator for Actra's CrossCommerce products
when they are released in late May.

- In a press release Monday, the company said it will
integrate Actra's software into GE Information Services'
suite of electronic commerce products and services.

- It will also integrate Actra's software into legacy
systems and enterprise resource planning systems, and
develop interfaces for Actra products to talk with
middleware.

- GE Information Services is a subsidiary of General
Electric Co. (GE).
