Senior Client Support Engineer Working with leading edge technologies, this individual
will be responsible for all aspects of channel partner
technical support, including implementation, integration,
and operational phases. Support Specialists will work
closely with development teams to isolate, replicate, and/or
resolve problems escalated to this second level of support.
Requires a thorough knowledge of software architecture and
systems functionality in order to pro-actively resolve
issues. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks a
