Member, Technical Staff This highly visible engineering position is responsible
for the assessment, verification, and resolution of customer
problems as reported through technical support, channels,
partners, and end-users. This involves the delivery of
software maintenance releases as appropriate. Tasks will
include the coding, testing, and releasing of major and
minor fixes and possible maintenance releases. This position
may require interaction with customers and third party
vendors on a fairly technical basis when necessary to
